• CFS maintains a comprehensive Insurance company search list that is used to notify companies whose contracts may include the product being proxied at the commencement of each Variable Annuity campaign
• Shareproof report with read-in total sent to insurance companies for approval
• Identify and confirm the echo voting criteria for each insurance company
• Insure each proposal reaches the respective response threshold for the insurance company to issue echo vote
• Preliminary tabulation report sent to insurance companies with echo authorization letter for signature
• Tabulation report with and without echo voting provided to client immediately before meeting
